Meal Prepping with YL: LOVE Citrus Vinaigrette


First try at meal prepping thanks to a performance & nutrition challenge with Fit City! 

And today I finished up the last of my four measured events (back squat, timed run, 1000 m row & deadlift). I was super excited to get my first πŸŒŸ on my deadlift (135)!
My goal areas include:
❤️Stronger glutes
❤️Healthy hips 
❤️Meal prepping
❤️More lean muscle
