Ok, this has got to be one of the best diffuser blend names EVER!!!! <3Wildflower Wanderlust!!!!

I am always itching to travel and this month I got to! I flew to Salt Lake City for the Young Living Grand Convention! I love being there, learning more about essential oils and other YL products, trying new items & being surrounded by fellow oil lovers! It is SOOOO much fun! You would love it too!!

If you find yourself itching a bit this summer due to summer irritants... here are some suggestions:

1 - I bought the YL Insect Repellent this spring and I love it! 
It is deet free and 100% plant based. My favorite way to use it is inside a roller bottle! I throw the bottle in my purse and then have the repellent with me anytime, anywhere! And I love rolling on, I can apply to my skin (ankles are my worst spot) or onto clothing too.

2- DIY Outdoor Summer Spray *from this YL article below! 
5 drops Citronella essential oil
3 drops Lemongrass essential oil
1 drop Peppermint essential oil
2 ounces witch hazel
2 ounces water

Yum Summer Strawberries!

🍓 Who else is feasting on fresh berries????? Sooooo good!

Here are some quick, effective, safe ways to clean those berries:
1- DIY fruit & veggie spray: 3/4 bottle distilled water, fill the rest with white vinegar and 10 drops of 🍋 Lemon essential oil. Spray and rinse.

2- YL Thieves Fruit & Veggie Soak: safely and effectively washes produce with Digize, Thieves & Purification eo. Super easy to use (add 1 oz to a gallon of water, soak and rinse) and my bottle lasted a long time!

3- YL Thieves Fruit & Veggie Spray: made with Thieves and Lime eo. Spray on produce, rub and rinse. Small 2 oz bottle is easy to throw in a purse 👜 or 🎒 backpack.

Young Living Lavender Farm Visit!

I flew out to Salt Lake City for this year's Young Living Grand Convention! I love being around 30,000 fellow essential oil lovers! And I love learning! Last year, and again this year, I signed up for the farm visit to the Young Living Lavender farm.

It is the coolest thing!!! What an incredible day on the lavender farm!!! The workers were crushing Juniper here and the smell!! SO good!!! .

Seed to Seal & Heaven on Earth!

Super excited to get hands-on experience once again while visiting the Young Living Lavender farm in Mona Utah!! I leave tomorrow for YL's Grand Covention and my trip to the farm is on Saturday.

The farm is surely a little piece of heaven. It was so fascinating and inspiring for me to take place in and learn more about Young Living's Seed to Seal Promise! At the farm I was able to plant, learn about the growth cycle, harvesting, preparing, distilling, bottling and more.

I know where my oils come from & what their entire life cycle looks like!
I know my essential oils are grown as a crop vs created in a lab...
I know and trust that my Lavender is ONLY Lavender.

Remember, even if you are "just diffusing" you are breathing essential oils into your body, bloodstream and cells.
