My bottle of Rose is already in the mail, can't wait to open and smell this little bottle packed with goodness!!!!

My mom had 17 rose bushes growing up and it was our job to water them. Now, as an adult, I have a few Rose varieties too. Even as a kid, the smell was the best!! My favorite one is called Double Delight.

Guess how many petals it takes to make one 5 ml bottle of Rose essential oil? It isn't something you can DIY with your backyard plants. Jen O'Sullivan Authorgets this question a lot and shared this info:

It takes 60,000 roses per 1 ounce of oil, so 10,000 roses go into 5 ml!

She says to make rose essential oil they don't use roses like we think of them. "They have less petals and are more open and flatter looking, so a low estimate would be 40,000 petals make up a 5 ml bottle of Rose essential oil."

Valor & Peace & Calming

Valor is my courage in a bottle, my brave oil. I keep the roll-on in my purse and apply it every day before coaching swim team.

I sniff it like a woman obsessed (because I AM obsessed with it. I <3 Valor, it has helped me handle so much), and especially helps me with speaking in front of large groups.

I used one drop of Peace & Calming and a few drops of Lavender, EVERY night for about 10 months in a row.
